(APS), incorporated in 2006, is a Professional Engineering Firm providing high quality Civil and Transportation Engineering design and construction engineering services to both Public and Private sector clients in the State of Illinois. APS Consulting, Inc. is pre-qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) to provide Professional Engineering services in various categories.
